Family Holiday (day 12)

While kiddos slowly showered and got ready for the day. Daddy went for a walk around Haus Kaus park and took pictures. They regretted not getting ready sooner so they could join him when they saw all the neat things he found. Once everyone was ready we all piled into a tuktuk, yes all 6 of us, and went to Qutb Minar. It was a really neat Islamic site with lots of details carved into the stone work. After grabbing lunch at an Indian/ Chinese restaurant we went to Fort Tughlaqabad to look around. Tek decided she didn't like monkeys anymore when a big male hissed at her. We realized that the men around there were carrying sticks to keep the monkeys at bay. The ruins of the fort were neat to climb on, take pictures of, and explore, but a couple of kiddos were having problems with the heat so we decided to call it a day and head back to the apartment. We ended the day with a meal of pasta, pizza, and salad. Very authentic.
